REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Intermediate Excel Skills
• Ability to perform looks (v and x lookups), pivot tables, and analysis between reports/queries from multiple applications
• Integration – run, review results, and identify the root cause.
• Review and validate the source file (inbound) or generated file (outbound)
• Review CRTs
• Review and identify the root cause of TA errors.
• Cross-reference values between files (for example – the BS path in the org set and person import must match the values provided on the BS location file). Requires an understanding of UKG configuration and how configuration builds on top of other configurations.
• Review timecard and configuration when needed (for example – outbound files may include an unusual amount of a pay code)
• Validate data using reports.
• Ability to execute test scenarios – both in WD and UKG
• Update JIRA/specs/documentation.
• Leave of Absence knowledge (nice to have)
